Refund policy

Return Policy
  • All product returns require approval within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • Upon receipt of returned product preworkoutpops.com will refund the purchase amount.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, 
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
    • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact preworkoutpops within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
    • We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.
  • We are unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product (style or color).
